Sarah Polley and Adrien Brody are emo scientists with a creepy Cronenberg-ian agenda to create the world’s first human-animal hybrid. The world of 2009 (and quite possibly the 2020s) was not prepared for this nutzoid, semi-erotic take on the Dr. Moreau theme. SPLICE gleefully switches gears every 10 minutes; get ready to gasp multiple times at this unpredictable sleazy wonder.
